**Day to Day**
We are seeking a highly motivated Director of Global Tax Reporting to join our growing global Tax team. You will manage all US tax compliance and all reporting for global entities. You are a self-starter who is highly organized, exhibits keen attention to detail and thrives in a fun, but results-oriented work environment. This role will report directly to the Senior Director, Global Tax.
+ Prepare and review global tax provision each quarter
+ Oversee US federal and state income tax returns
+ Coordinate with external advisors on audits and filings
+ Partner with FP&A to forecast ETR and cash taxes
+ Document tax positions, risks, and internal controls
+ Run team meetings and mentor tax staff
**Responsibilities**
+ Own global tax reporting under ASC 740 and IAS 12
+ Manage US income tax compliance and audits
+ Present global tax results to senior leadership
+ Ensure internal control compliance, including SOX
+ Identify tax risks and recommend mitigation steps
+ Drive automation and AI efforts in tax processes
+ Support tax aspects of M&A and business changes
**Skills/Competencies**
+ 15+ years of tax experience in public and corporate roles
+ SME in ASC 740 and IAS 12 reporting
+ Exceptional knowledge of global tax rules and structures
+ Proven experience with staff development
+ Skilled in financial systems and tax technology platforms
+ Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
**Salary Range Transparency**
NYC Metro Area 173,000 - 233,000 USD per year
**Salary Range Disclaimer**
