Executive Assistant
- Serve as the right hand to executive leadership by managing high-volume calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel, organizing meetings, and managing executive communications.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring seamless logistics including video conferencing, catering, space bookings, and tech setup.
- Prepare and track expense reports, maintain policy alignment, and liaise with internal partners to resolve any discrepancies quickly.
- Serve as the main point of contact for in-office visits from clients, stakeholders, and business partners—ensuring exceptional guest experience and efficient coordination across departments.
- Partner cross-functionally with teams including Facilities, IT, HR, and Security to support executive operations and company-wide initiatives.
- Help drive a positive workplace environment by organizing employee engagement events and employee recognition by contributing to celebrations and seasonal activities.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with other Executive Assistants and department Coordinators across the company.
- 5+ years in an Executive Assistant or comparable role, ideally in a high-growth tech or media/entertainment organization.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and tone—especially in executive- and stakeholder-facing correspondence.
- Mastery of modern productivity tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Concur, etc.) and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- High emotional intelligence, strong judgment, and a proactive mindset—anticipating needs and solving problems before they arise.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and calm under pressure.
- A strong team player who thrives in collaborative environments and adapts easily to shifting priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field
- Experience supporting multiple senior leaders concurrently
