APN Staffing is currently hiring for an Occupational School Therapist . This position is Monday - Friday (8:00 am to 5:00 pm), with an hourly rate of pay $65.00 an hour.

General Responsibilities:

Develop skills needed for academic success, daily activities, and peer interactions, promoting independence and creating inclusive learning environment
Administering assessments to determine a student's strengths and areas of need in areas like fine/gross motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities
Modify the classroom or school environment, including the use of assistive technology, to enhance a student's ability to participate
Create and deliver individualized treatment plans to improve student performance in areas like handwriting, self-care, and sensory regulation

General Job Requirements:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Must hold a valid state license to practice occupational therapy and be certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
Experience working with children or in a school setting Company Description
