We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services to patients. In this role, you will evaluate patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery and functional independence. This position also involves supervising support staff, contributing to case management, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with medical necessity and clinical guidelines.

• Develop and implement personalized physical therapy treatment plans.

• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes clearly and in a timely manner.

• Participate in staff meetings, in-services, and continuing education activities.

• Maintain current licensure and CPR certification.

Additional Duties

• Manage time effectively to meet productivity goals.

• Provide clinical in-services to staff and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices.

• Contribute to facility operations and participate in special projects or initiatives as needed.

Required Skills

• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.

• Demonstrated clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.

• Solid organizational skills with attention to documentation and compliance standards.

• Ability to lead and mentor support staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program or international equivalent.

• Current and valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Arizona .

• Current CPR certification .
