We’re looking for a passionate Head Pickleball Professional to join our thriving racquet sports team. By popular demand, we’re building four brand-new pickleball courts for our upcoming season, making this the perfect time to lead and grow our program. This is a full-time, seasonal role running from September through May, and a great opportunity to be part of one of the largest and most welcoming family clubs in the greater Phoenix and Scottsdale area, with a vibrant adult and junior racquets community.
The Head Pickleball Professional will organize and run all aspects of the pickleball program under the guidance of the Director of Racquet Sports including schedule, marketing, monthly events, communication with captains and players on interclub teams, teaching both clinics and private lessons, and setting up the curriculum. The Head Pickleball Professional will also assist the Assistant Director of Tennis as needed with any other events, drills or clinics related to the Racquet Sports program. The Head Pickleball Professional will also assist in merchandising in the racquets shop, maintenance of the facility plus newsletter and social media content.
Qualifications:
- Certification with the RSPA is preferred; certification must be achieved within the first year of full-time employment
- Competitive pickleball player with a 4.5 or above rating
- Two to three years of teaching experience and/or pickleball supervisory experience
- Able to promote and teach private and group lessons to juniors and adults

Compensation is commensurate based on experience and credentials and will include a base hourly rate, benefits, a percentage of lessons and clinics, uniform allowance, and education allowance.
