We provide all General Motors specific factory training to help you achieve your certifications. You will be paid at your hourly rate while training. If travel is required that will be paid also.

• Are you a “B“ or a “C” level technician working for an independent or chain auto repair shop ?

• Are you motivated and committed to be a master technician and earn $125,000 plus per year ?
• The best path to achieve these goals is in a franchised new vehicle dealership.

Compensation will be dictated by certifications achieved through General Motors.

Technician compensation base rates are based on experience and ability and are as follows:

1. “C” technician - $15.00 - $23.00 per flat rate hour flagged
2. “B” technician - $23.00 - $29.00 per flat rate hour flagged
3. “A” technician - $30.00 - $42.50 per flat rate hour flagged

Training and GM certifications will determine compensation increases for “A” & “B” technicians.

Job Details:

• $30,000 – 150,000 + / Annually
