Accounts Payable Specialist- NetSuite Required! POST NUMBER: 473013

Vaco Arizona is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist for a top company in Phoenix! This is a hybrid, contract opportunity offering up to $34/hour.

If you have strong AP experience and are comfortable working in NetSuite, this is a great opportunity to join a growing team and make an immediate impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle accounts payable processing (invoices, payments, vendor management)

  • Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

  • Assist with general accounting tasks as needed

  • Support light month-end close activities

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of accounts payable experience

  • Experience with NetSuite

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
