Creative Services Manager
This is a hybrid role (onsite 4 days a week).
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Creative Services Manager is responsible for leading and producing high-quality visual communication across digital, social, video, print, presentation, and brand channels for Forever Living Products. This role serves as a hands-on creative lead, guiding the development of compelling, modern, and brand-aligned content while collaborating closely with marketing, freelance creatives and cross-functional teams. The position oversees the creative process from concept through to execution, ensuring all work is visually engaging, strategically aligned, and consistent across global touchpoints.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES/FUNCTIONS:
- Lead the visual execution of the Forever brand across digital, social, video, presentation, print, and event-related channels.
- Concept, design, and produce high-quality creative assets for marketing campaigns, product launches, social media, events, presentations, and brand initiatives.
- Serve as a hands-on senior designer while providing creative guidance to the graphic design, video, and social content team.
- Collaborate closely with communications, product, events, copywriting, and leadership teams to translate strategy and messaging into compelling visual communication.
- Support the development of engaging social-first and digital-first creative content, including short-form video, motion graphics, presentations, and campaign assets.
- Contribute creative ideas and visual storytelling approaches that strengthen product positioning, community engagement, and brand relevance.
- Ensure all creative work balances speed, quality, accuracy, and brand consistency in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. Experience with Figma and presentation design platforms preferred.
- Translate briefs, strategy and data into visually clear and persuasive creative content
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Manage multiple projects simulatneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Partner with copywriters, marketers, freelance creatives and product managers to bring campaigns and launches to life
- Stay current on evolving design trends, content formats, digital platforms, creative technologies, and consumer-facing brand communication.
- Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos and websites.
- Manage small, and agile, creative team.
- Work additional hours as needed, to meet project deadlines and preparation for key events.
- All other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED TO PERFORM JOB DUTIES:
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-level graphic design, branding, digital content, presentation, and campaign development work across multiple platforms.
- A passion for branding, storytelling, visual communication, and creating meaningful audience experiences.
- Strong understanding of modern digital content creation, social media creative, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand storytelling.
- Experience developing content and creative assets for consumer brands, retail, lifestyle, wellness, beauty, nutrition, or related industries preferred.
- Strong technical skills and expert knowledge of and ability to use design software programs including Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. Experience with Figma and presentation design platforms preferred.
- Advanced understanding of file formats and digital pre-press.
- PowerPoint and Keynote design knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively present and sell ideas verbally and visually.
- Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to produce accurate work in a high-pressure environment with shifting priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to provide creative leadership, mentorship, and constructive feedback within a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to receive constructive feedback and apply in a positive manner.
- Extreme attention to detail and problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills, able and willing to develop and learn continuously.
- Strong organizational skills, time-management skills including ability to meet independent and team deadlines within defined budgets.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO PERFORM JOB DUTIES:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or similar concentration
- 5+ plus years of work experience in graphic design and production
- 5+ years of work experience using Figma, Adobe CS4/5 including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- 2+ years working with CPG, retail or lifestyles brands.
- 2+ years of management experience
PREFFERED EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years of video production experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS TO PERFORM JOB DUTIES:
- Climb stairs and walk on a variety of surfaces including wood, carpet, tile and uneven surfaces.
- Stand/remain upright, walk/move throughout entire building.
- Stand/remain standing on feet for extremely long periods, up to 8 or more hours a day during key corporate events.
- Sit/remain seated using a computer with large monitor, keyboard, mouse and telephone for up to 4 hours at a time.
- Turn and twist repetitively.
- Reach down, forward and overhead.
- Bend, kneel, stoop and/or squat repetitively.
- Visual acuity and ability to adjust focus to create designs, concepts and sample layouts for printed and digital materials such as page layouts for catalogs and/or magazines, social media, promotional flyers and brochures, business cards, stationary, signage, presentations, event support materials, etc.
