As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for building, modifying, and assembling precision components and subassemblies in a high-quality manufacturing environment. This role requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality standards. Assembly Technician Job Responsibilities:

• Interpret technical drawings, work orders, and assembly instructions to build components, subassemblies, and finished products.
• Assemble, adjust, and repair parts using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
• Perform quality inspections, functional testing, and measurements to ensure products meet specifications.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and correct defects or assembly issues to maintain product quality and performance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in alignment with 5S principles.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of required PPE.
• Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and quality personnel to resolve production and assembly issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, efficiency, and production processes.
• Document work activities and communicate issues that may impact production or quality.

Assembly Technician Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measurement instruments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions accurately.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based manufacturing environment.
• Strong manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive, precision tasks.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted refugee/asylee.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in precision assembly, manufacturing, aerospace, semiconductor, or advanced technology environments.
• Experience in cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement practices.
• Experience with electromechanical assemblies or high-precision components.
