Chapman Hyundai Scottsdale is looking for a Service Valet to join our team! Our Service Valets play an important role in the customer experience, helping to ensure every customer receives fast, friendly and efficient service. The Service Valet will work directly with customers and other members of the Service Department, and reports to the Service Management team.

Core Responsibilities:
>Assist with vehicle flow within the dealership as service tickets are generated, maintaining organization of customer vehicles in the service areas
>Maintain service vehicles (gas, oil, water, tires)
>Maintain inventory of service supplies such as key tags, floor mats, seat covers, etc.
>Help uphold the appearance and cleanliness of the Service Drive and shop areas
>Provide courtesy washes as requested

Desired Qualifications and Experience:
>Customer service or lot attendant experience is helpful, but not required
>A positive, helpful attitude and willingness to learn are must-haves!
>Must be a dependable team player
>Excellent communication and teamwork skills
>Ability to safely operate vehicles of various sizes; experience driving manual transmission vehicles is preferred
>Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
>Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Hours and Work Environment
We are looking for candidates with open availability between 6:30am and 6pm Monday – Saturday. Scheduled shifts may vary based on business needs. This role requires the ability to walk and/or stand for extended periods, and working outdoors in the Service Drive or in the climate-controlled shop.
