The Lead HVAC and Plumbing Technician oversees the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. This role involves coordinating projects, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring high-quality service while maintaining clear communication with customers. The technician will focus on delivering efficient and reliable solutions without the need for travel.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC and plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Perform regular system maintenance and preventative care
- Troubleshoot and diagnose system malfunctions
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service and project status
- Test equipment to ensure operational efficiency
- Document work performed and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate project tasks and collaborate with team members
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in HVAC and plumbing fields
- Technical certification in HVAC or Plumbing
- Skilled in HVAC system installation and plumbing system repair
- Proficient in preventative maintenance and diagnostics
- Strong customer service and time management skills
- Experience in technical documentation
