Position Summary

Clifty Group LLC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead civil and infrastructure projects. This role is responsible for overseeing project execution from planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with company and client requirements. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with the ability to manage teams, budgets, and schedules while driving project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project execution from initiation to completion
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and job cost tracking
• Ensure accurate cost coding, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Manage and coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and vendors
• Review and approve timecards and project-related documentation
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, contracts, and safety standards
• Identify and mitigate project risks, delays, and cost impacts
• Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders and clients regarding project status
• Support procurement, scheduling, and resource allocation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in project management within civil construction or utilities
• Strong knowledge of job costing, budgeting, and scheduling
• Experience managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software

Work Environment

This is an on-site position . The role requires frequent interaction with field teams and may involve visiting active job sites.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $150,000 – $180,000 annually , based on experience
