Work You'll Do As a US Delivery Center Senior Solution Specialist on the team, you will: + Leverage deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Management/Recruiting Marketing (RCM) to support a complex client project in the post-implementation stage + Work closely with a large team to deliver results for your client + Contribute to the Recruitment Management post-implementation support and overall project success + Utilize your experience with Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel The Team Deloitte's Government & Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology and outcomes - is designed for impact. Qualifications Required: + Bachelor's degree + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future + Certification in SuccessFactors Recruitment Management module + 4+ years of professional experience + 1+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors/HCM Recruitment Management/Recruiting Marketing, or providing post-implementation support for SAP SuccessFactors/HCM Recruitment Management. + Delivery Center Location & Travel Requirements: + + Hybrid Work Model: Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg) or Geo-Hub locations (Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, and Philadelphia) + Co-location Expectation: Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location + Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes + Relocation Requirement: If relocation is necessary, complete the move within 12 weeks from the start date to reside within a commutable distance Preferred: + Experience with 1-2 full lifecycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors focused on Recruitment Management, from planning to configuration through go-live + Strong functional knowledge of the system, specifically Recruitment Management + Experience leading teams and driving their work to ensure project timelines are met + Experience managing work streams, including monitoring for project issues and sound judgement for escalation + Superior communication skills, both verbal and written Information for applicants with a need for accommodation: All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability or protected veteran status, or any other legally protected basis, in accordance with applicable law.
