Job Summary
Trooper USA is a rapidly expanding Commercial Services Provider with offices in Mesa, AZ. We have been providing Commercial Services to all levels of local Governments and various other commercial industries both at the local and national levels for 10 years. We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and customer-oriented Lot Supervisor to join our team. As a supervisor you'll be working at the rental car lot at Sky Harbor Airport. The supervisor we are looking for will have the following duties and skills:

Duties

• Manage a team of 10 - 15 employees
• Drive vehicles to designated parking areas while adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking lot.
• Ensure all vehicles are parked in accordance with company policies.
• Provide support for delivery drivers and assist with vehicle retrieval as needed.
• Address any customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

• Good written and verbal communication (bilingual in English/Spanish)
• Decision making skills resulting in positive outcomes.
• Interpersonal skills- A leader whose customers and employees feel open to communicate with.
• Adaptability- The ability to think and react quickly to resolve challenges.
• Ability to meet with staff to discuss strategies and other decision making processes .
• Desire and ability to create a positive work environment for everyone.
• Willingness to learn.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Possess a valid US driver's license
• High School degree or equivalent
• 3 or more years of managing experience
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to communicate with management and customers
• Time keeping skills
