What You Bring to the Table:
- 5+ years’ experience managing top-tier, upscale dining or fine dining concepts.
- A proven track record of leading teams with energy, positivity, and results.
- Fluency in restaurant finances—budgets, P&L, cost control, all second nature to you.
- A knack for connecting with both staff and guests—people remember you for all the right reasons.
- Obsessed with hospitality and raising the bar for world-class service.
- Tech savvy, organized, and up-to-date on the latest in operational systems.
- Enchanted by the art of food and wine pairing (especially Italian!) and keen to keep exploring.
- Driven by details, passionate about the guest journey, and always on the lookout for creative solutions.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Guide daily operations, making sure every detail is on point and every service sparkles.
- Hire, inspire, and develop a next-level hospitality team.
- Foster a vibrant, inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued.
- Partner with the Executive Chef to curate fresh menu ideas and elevate the guest experience.
- Keep a keen eye on financials, always finding smart ways to drive profitability.
- Personally get to know our guests and turn positive feedback into our standard.
- Champion health, safety, and labor standards with diligence.
- Launch marketing campaigns and host high-profile events that put us on everyone’s must-visit list.
