Your New Role

As a Superintendent at GANEM CONSTRUCTION, you’ll be the boots-on-the-ground leader managing day-to-day operations on commercial job sites. Whether your strength is ground-up builds or tenant improvement work, you’ll ensure schedules are met, safety is upheld, and quality stays sharp.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise all field activity and lead subcontractor coordination

• Ensure projects stay on schedule and organized using Microsoft Project

• Manage site safety, cleanliness, and daily operations

• Communicate closely with project managers and inspectors

• Read and review plans, schedules, and documentation

• Use Procore daily to manage tasks, reports, and updates

• Lead with professionalism, reliability, and consistency

Location: Based in Phoenix, AZ, with travel to job sites across the state as needed.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or multifamily construction

• Experience with ground-up and/or TI (tenant improvement) projects

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project is required

• Proficiency in Procore is required

• Able to read and interpret blueprints and project schedules

• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety practices and building codes

• OSHA 30 and current CPR certification required

• High school diploma or equivalent (degree in Construction Management a plus)

• Physically able to walk, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed

• Must pass a pre-employment background check
