Call Center Representative - $21/hr - WEEKLY PAY
Position Overview:
Join a fast-paced call center team providing high-quality customer service and support. This role involves handling inbound and follow-up calls, responding to inquiries about prior authorizations, and managing confidential information with accuracy and professionalism.
Schedule Requirements:
- Must be available 7 days a week between 6am-7pm
- This role is fully on site
- Assigned schedule will fall within these hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle 50–100 inbound and follow-up calls daily, depending on complexity.
- Provide accurate information regarding prior authorizations and general inquiries.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail when entering and updating customer data.
- Use multiple systems and software platforms to track and manage customer interactions.
- Ensure quality and accuracy in all communications and documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of recent high-volume call center experience (within the last 2–3 years).
- Stable work history with at least one year of tenure in previous roles.
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
Training & Advancement:
- 4-week training program, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
- Participation is essential; candidates must average 90% across four training tests to complete the program.
- Mandatory overtime required in January and February.
- Shift bids conducted at the end of training based on performance and test scores.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
