We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Move Coordinator to join our dynamic team! If you're detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy managing multiple moving parts (literally!), this position is for you. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients and movers, ensuring a seamless moving experience from start to finish!

Location: Phoenix AZ, In-Person Only

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Pay: $17 – $21 per hour (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Confirm all required calls are completed each day for the next day's moves

• Follow up with clients from the previous day

• Send introduction emails to newly booked clients and update tracking spreadsheets

• Notify clients of any schedule or date changes via text and email

• Share customer reviews with the LD team on Slack

• Conduct mid-day job check-ins and quality checks

• Tag and organize job-related photos on Slack for same-day load/unload operations

• Ensure Order for Service (OFS) documents are signed for next-day jobs

• Upload and manage tier photos in Movegistics (MG) and mark jobs as complete

• Provide weekly scheduling updates to all clients every Monday

• Send job details to movers for next-day Bill of Lading (BOL) documents

• Schedule inventory validation appointments within 48 hours of upcoming jobs

• Update Bloom Growth metrics weekly, including LD payout claims

• Confirm scope of work for next-day virtual estimates via email

• Upload next-day virtual job videos to Slack's Mover-Athlete-LD channel

• Send driver introduction emails for scheduled trips

• Make confirmation calls for next-day LD bookings

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Experience in logistics, operations, customer service, or a similar role preferred

• Proficiency with Slack, spreadsheets, and CRM platforms such as Movegistics

• Ability to manage time efficiently and multitask under pressure

• Self-starter who takes ownership of responsibilities and deliverables

Deliverables

• Daily confirmation that all calls and emails have been completed

• Accurate, up-to-date spreadsheets and internal communications

• Weekly reports on client communications, metrics, and job statuses

• Organized and complete documentation for all jobs
