Land Develpment Project Engineer

The Land Development Project Engineer supports the planning, design, and delivery of civil site development projects. This role focuses on technical execution while gaining exposure to project management, client coordination, and quality control processes. It is ideal for an engineer progressing toward a senior technical or project management role. Key Responsibilities Prepare civil engineering designs for land development projects including grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway improvements Assist with preparation of construction documents, reports, and cost estimates Coordinate with project managers, clients, and reviewing agencies Perform design calculations and technical analyses Support QA/QC reviews and incorporate design feedback Assist with project schedules, budgets, and workload planning Participate in permitting and agency coordination processes Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering 26+ years of land development experience (depending on level) EIT required; PE preferred or in progress Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills
