Service Advisor – Hyundai (Monday–Friday, No Weekends!)

Location: Cottonwood, AZ

The Role

As our Service Advisor, you are the face of the dealership. You aren't just selling service; you are building trust. You will act as the vital liaison between our Guests and:

• The Manufacturer (Hyundai)
• Extended Warranty Companies
• Insurance Providers

Who You Are

• Customer First: You believe the guest is the most important part of our business. You possess an empathetic, "owner" mentality when it comes to solving problems.
• The Expert Communicator: You can translate complex mechanical needs into easy-to-understand terms for the guest while navigating the technical requirements of warranty and insurance claims.
• Experienced: Prior experience as a Service Advisor is highly preferred . Familiarity with Hyundai systems or warranty processing is a major plus.
• Driven: You take pride in your accuracy, your CSI scores, and your ability to keep the shop flowing smoothly.
