Position Overview
Supports routing, freight operations, and shipment tracking by maintaining operational accuracy and ensuring effective communication across dispatch systems. Tucson candidates may participate in hybrid workflows; remote applicants are fully supported via Oregon-based systems. Suitable for entry-level learners or experienced dispatch professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Track freight movements and update dispatch systems
Support load assignment and shipment coordination
Maintain detailed operational records
Communicate delivery status, exceptions, or delays to teams and drivers
Assist with workflow improvements and operational efficiency
Identify scheduling conflicts and escalate as necessary
Collaborate with Oregon-based systems to maintain consistent operations
Qualifications
Strong communication skills
Computer literacy and ability to learn dispatch systems
Organizational and detail-oriented mindset
Ability to follow structured processes
Time management and multitasking
Experience optional; full training provided
Work Environment
