Field Superintendent/Manager - Residential

High end custom home builder/remodeler is searching for a Superintendent to join their team. The company is very busy and would like someone who requires minimal training. In this role you will:
- Supervise field construction of at least 3 projects to complete the work on schedule and within budget
- Provide customer service to homeowner(s) when required (walk-through, etc.)
- Handles all schedules of contractors, communicate with project team, and perform job progress and completion of punch list identification and completion
- Responsible for adequate materials and equipment on job site
- Other responsibilities as they occur in any given day
Experience and Education
- HS Diploma or equivalent - any college a plus
- 4+ years superintendent work for a home builder and/or custom home remodeler
- Enjoys being in the field and being hands-on when needed
- Self-motivated and able to travel to sites in the Scottsdale / Paradise Valley area daily
- Technical skills should include experience using an IPad, cell phone, working with Word and Excel documents
- Experience reading blueprints and designs for custom homes and/or custom remodels
- Proven to provide exceptional customer service
