Boeing is currently hiring for a Technical Product Manager to work at our Seattle, WA or Mesa, AZ facility (We may consider other locations where Boeing has a facility). The position is primarily remote with occasional need to go into the facility.
Job Summary
The Technical Product Manager is responsible for driving best practices for operational excellence, develop and mature the operations excellence product to drive GenAI capabilities in the future. This role bridges technical architecture, data product development, and business stakeholder engagement to identify and accelerate enterprise adoption of modern data platforms and methodologies.
Position Responsibilities
- Promote and support the adoption of data products across business units.
- Design and execute demonstrations, proofs-of-concept, and pilot programs to showcase operations capabilities.
- Drive organizational awareness and understanding of insights and automation from disparate systems that keys to operational excellence.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high-value analytics use cases.
- Translate business problems into data product requirements and future solution designs.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, feasibility, and ROI.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams, business leaders, and end users.
- Communicate complex data concepts in clear, business-friendly language.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagement forums.
- Stay current with modern data and AI tools, platforms, and methodologies (e.g., cloud data platforms, ML frameworks, data mesh, data products).
- Recommend and implement emerging best practices in analytics engineering, MLOps, and data product lifecycle management.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Qualifications)
- 5+ years’ experience in data architecture, analytics platforms, or AI/ML enablement.
- Strong understanding of data lineage, metadata management, and data quality practices.
- Proven ability to drive adoption of data products in enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
- Bachelor Degree
- 9+ years’ experience in data architecture, analytics platforms, or AI/ML enablement.
- Experience with any cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Azure Synapse, Databricks, etc.) or on-prem systems.
- Exposure to AI/ML frameworks and generative AI technologies.
- Experience in change management, digital transformation, or analytics enablement roles.
- Familiarity with Tableau

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: Salary will is dependent on geographical locations. Example below:
Seattle/LA/Orange County/Dallas: $148K - $190K
Mesa, AZ - $136,800 - $170,000
