We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! This position will work with Production and the Operational team to perform a variety of maintenance tasks to diagnose, repair, rebuild, replace mechanical and electrical systems on all equipment. You will also ensure that all equipment is processed correctly through the system, monitored, and addressed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with various types of manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Use maintenance knowledge to increase productivity and decrease downtime and waste
• Clean and maintain production equipment
• Assist with line set up and break down
• Deal with incoming work requests
• Troubleshoot and recommend appropriate repair/replacement to resolve a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity
• Safely operate and maintain a variety of hand and power tools to construct, renovate and repair equipment
• Perform detailed/routine preventative maintenance on motors, pneumatic tools, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications; and troubleshooting malfunctions.

​ Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of experience in successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery
• Familiarity with various types of maintenance tools and equipment
• Broad mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical aptitude required.
• Common sense approach to technical issues
• Forklift skills a plus
• Ability to manage several priorities
• Takes responsibility for your work and performance
• Ability to handle physical workload
