Primary Responsibilities The Building Maintenance Mechanic will assist the maintenance team and will support all aspects of the maintenance department as needed, including general building and grounds maintenance. Ensuring all plant equipment is functioning at optimum levels by performing repairs and long-term improvements. Essential Functions Responsible for maintenance and repairs of the building (interior and exterior structures and related fixtures and utilities) through the use of a variety of skills consisting of advanced carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical, welding, conveyor, HVAC and ammonia systems. Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Must have at least (2) two years’ experience in commercial building maintenance functions including the following: HVAC, ammonia systems, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, welding, conveyor repair, rack building

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Goodyear, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
