OJM Group AZ is an investment advisor providing financial planning, consulting, and investment management services, and life and disability insurance. OJM AZ is seeking a Client Services Associate.

Position Summary

Full-time position supporting the wealth management team with client and investment management related activities, including preparing documents and reports and addressing their administrative needs, while exercising a high level of confidentiality and initiative. This is an in-person position and not virtual.

Duties and Responsibilities

Client Service Associates can expect to focus their work in the following areas:

· Work in a collaborative team environment

· Oversee client interaction, manage administrative tasks

· Assist with setting up client accounts, preparing client presentations, and completing relevant documents

· Handle client needs and communicate with the advisor

· Establish, prepare, and maintain a variety of electronic files and documents

· Demonstrate ability to handle diverse tasks

Qualifications

The Client Service Associate position requires the following qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or five years of experience in financial services industry

· Experience in an office environment

· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

· Exceptional internal and external Customer Service attitude

· Excellent communication and listening skills

· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment

· Desire/ability to work successfully in a small company environment

· Strong problem-solving skills

· Must be fingerprinted and provide financial disclosure

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in financial service industry, employee benefits industry, accounting, or life and disability insurance industry is helpful.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
