The Opportunity

• Pay Rate: $21.00/hr
• Status: Contract-to-Hire (High potential for conversion to FTE)
• Location: 100% Remote (Must reside in PST or AZ time zones)
• Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST
• Start Date: ASAP

• Experience: 1+ years of direct client/customer contact in a professional environment.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

As a Project Coordinator, you will be the glue that holds project execution together. You will partner with internal departments—including Data Services, Web Development, and Claims Operations—to ensure every deliverable is met with precision.

• Project Execution: Coordinate kick-off meetings, manage deadlines, and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Internal Collaboration: Work across operational teams to sync project objectives.
• Client Communication: Act as a professional point of contact, responding to needs accurately and efficiently.
• Reporting & Analysis: Draft website text/scripts, analyze project data, and contextualize results for clients.
