Serving over 500,000 guests annually , TopView continues to grow nationwide. We’re excited to bring Tea Around Town® to Phoenix, AZ , introducing a one-of-a-kind sightseeing and afternoon tea experience to the Southwest.

The Role
We are looking for professional, dependable Bus Drivers to join the founding team for Tea Around Town® Phoenix . You will operate our specialty double-decker buses while delivering a polished, hospitality-forward experience to guests. As part of a new market launch, your role will be critical in establishing service excellence from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate double-decker buses along designated Tea Around Town® Phoenix routes.

• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and cleanliness.

• Follow all federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and required operational documentation.

• Communicate clearly with dispatch, supervisors, and team members.

• Provide a professional, engaging, and memorable experience for every guest.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid CDL Class B license with Passenger endorsement (required).

• Experience driving commercial passenger vehicles such as buses or shuttles preferred.

• Strong focus on safety, reliability, and professionalism.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to work flexible schedules in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
