As an Inside Account Executive , you will receive structured training, mentorship from experienced industry professionals, and hands-on exposure to the wholesale mortgage business. This position provides a clear path into higher-earning sales roles as you develop your skills and production.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers, loan officers, and other industry professionals.
• Educate partners on Oaktree Funding’s wholesale mortgage products and lending programs.
• Develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, follow-up, and relationship management.
• Utilize company marketing resources while also building your own network of partners.
• Work closely with internal sales and operations teams to move loans through the process efficiently.
• Learn the fundamentals of wholesale lending, pricing, guidelines, and deal structuring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, particularly in business, finance, communications, or related fields.
• Strong work ethic and a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in developing a career in mortgage sales and financial services.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Prior sales, internship, or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary plus commission.
• First-year total earnings typically range from $60,000 to $100,000 depending on performance.
