POSITION: Experienced Residential Remodeling Techs

Mariano & Co., LLC is celebrating its 16th anniversary in June 2025, and we are looking to grow our team, AGAIN! We are looking for team members who are interested in being part of a High-Quality Remodel Construction TEAM delivering “5-STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE”. All of our team members love to work with their hands and work in ALL aspects of remodel construction, including but not limited to demo, plumbing, electrical, cabinet install, tile install, framing, drywall, etc. We are looking for EXPERIENCED team members ONLY!!! Hands-on experience in the Remodel Construction industry for a minimum of 8 years is a must, and we are willing to pay for it. If you consider yourself an expert in an individual trade and are willing to teach others, you may still qualify! If you do not have a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience, please do not apply.

PAY RATES

Pay range is from $28 -$38 an hour based on Experience and PROVEN on the Job Skill Level. NOTE: If you’re NOT what you promote to be, you won’t be around for long...
