A GoldBook Financial Advisor is the modern advisor, an entrepreneur.

• A minimum of 5 years’ professional experience is required (sales, business development, or client-facing roles are preferred)

Start a Practice, Build a Long-term Business

• Implement and scale your strategic business plan, guided through mentorship, joint work and training: self-study curriculums, didactic, and experiential
• Establish networks, cultivate referrals, develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Provide financial solutions through fact gathering and needs analysis
• Broaden and deepen your skillset through ongoing professional development and joint work with fellow associates
• If you do not already hold the SIE, Series 7, 66, and/or Life, Accident & Health licenses, you will work towards obtaining these to offer associated services, in addition to your continued professional development.

Education and Development

Our Training and Development Programs are designed to support, challenge, and grow entrepreneurial-minded individuals as they build their own businesses.

• Educates and develops successful professionals to build a financial advisory career through classroom-style training and development, mentorships, partnerships, and joint work.
• You will receive support and guidance from our local support team as well as some of the industry’s most talented wealth management specialists at the broker dealer, including access to tools and resources that will help you grow your business and communicate effectively with your prospects and clients.
• GoldBook Financial is affiliated with MassMutual and MML Investor Services, providing additional world class training and support to advisors to launch their careers, develop professionally into advanced markets, and provides our advisors with expansive and comprehensive wealth management platforms and services, including Family Office services for high-net-worth clients.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience - students please apply to the internship program not to this position.
• Preferred but not required: minimum 3+ years of professional experience in Financial Services, Insurance, or a related field.
• Confidence in addressing client objections and navigating challenging conversations.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business development.
• Proven ability to cultivate relationships.
• Interest in team building and mentoring others.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a results-driven attitude.

Compensation

First year advisors’ to experienced advisors’ variable performance-based compensation range: $51,000 to $320,000+ per year (with experienced specialist advisors' income greatly exceeding this range).
