We are seeking a visionary Executive Chef to lead our fine dining restaurant concept in Scottsdale, AZ . Job Qualifications:

To thrive in this Executive Chef role in Scottsdale, AZ , candidates must possess:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in fine dining or upscale single-unit restaurant environments.
• At least 5 years of executive chef leadership experience, managing teams in high-pressure settings.
• Demonstrated creativity in crafting imaginative, visually stunning, and high-quality dishes.
• Exceptional work ethic, with a willingness to commit to long hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail, including cleanliness, consistency, and precision in cooking.
• Outstanding communication skills for managing staff and liaising with the management team. Bilingual preferred (Spanish) .

Job Responsibilities:

As the Executive Chef in Scottsdale, AZ , you will:

• Curate innovative, seasonal menus reflecting the essence of fine dining, while using high-quality ingredients and masterful presentation.
• Oversee every aspect of food preparation, ensuring consistency, freshness, and adherence to advanced cooking techniques.
• Lead and inspire the kitchen team, fostering a collaborative, supportive, and motivating work culture.
• Maintain rigorous quality control standards, guaranteeing every dish leaving the kitchen exceeds expectations in taste and presentation.
• Optimize kitchen operations for productivity during peak service hours while maintaining an unwavering commitment to quality.
• Collaborate with management to oversee food costs, inventory, and minimize waste without sacrificing standards.
• Ensure the kitchen and its processes comply with local health and safety regulations, maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Work closely with front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless and personalized guest dining experience.
• Adapt to guest feedback and stay ahead of culinary trends to refine and evolve the dining experience continuously.
