Full Cycle Account Executive
We’re seeking a motivated and dynamic Full Cycle Account Executive to join our sales team in Scottsdale. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the entire sales process — from sourcing new leads and building relationships to negotiating contracts and closing deals.
You’ll play a critical role in driving revenue growth, identifying opportunities across markets, and representing Ruck’s value to business clients and partners. This position requires a balance of strategy, communication, and tenacity.
Responsibilities- Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients and decision-makers.
- Understand client needs and communicate how Ruck’s delivery solutions create value.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align customer feedback with growth strategy.
- Maintain accurate records of pipeline and progress in CRM systems.
- Represent Ruck at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
- 3–5 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, logistics, or technology.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Highly organized and self-motivated with a growth mindset.
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
