High income potential with profit sharing from endoscopy center and ancillary services.
Practice Highlights
- 100% physician-owned GI practice with no corporate or private equity owners/alliances
- Well-established and cohesive practice of 8 GI physicians and 14 PAs, with a growing referral base
- High income potential from ancillary revenue (endoscopy center, anesthesia, pathology, infusion)
- Primarily outpatient practice in Chandler/Gilbert, AZ
- Work-life balance with tailored outpatient and endoscopy schedules
- No emergency or hospital coverage
- Limited inpatient practice in a single hospital (minimal call)
- Busy AAAHC-accredited, 6-room endoscopy center
- Good payor mix (30% Medicare, no Medicaid)
- Opportunities in general GI and advanced therapeutic procedures
