The Ideal Candidate Will: Have 3+ years of proven success as a buyer’s agent or real estate sales professional. Have an ACTIVE AZ Real Estate License. Enjoy collaborating in a team where your voice matters and your growth is supported. What You’ll Do: Guide clients through the full buying process — from discovery to closing. Leverage CRM and lead conversion systems to actively manage and convert warm and hot leads. Participate in training, market updates, and business development planning. Provide exceptional client service before, during, and after the transaction. Help identify and support clients interested in property investment or transitioning into landlordship.
