**Flexible Schedule Supportive Team 1.1 Quality-focused Patient Care** BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a **Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)** to provide visits for our **Prescott, AZ office. This team provides care for clients throughout Yavapai County (Prescott, Prescott Valley, Tri-City out to Paulden and Cordes Lakes).** As a home health care Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home. + **Part time - 10 to 15 visits per week; working up to full time** **BAYADA Home Health Care has a special purpose:** to help people of all ages to have a safe home life with comfort, independence, and dignity.
