What You’ll Do

• Assist customers with pawn loans, purchases, and layaways

• Accurately evaluate items such as jewelry, firearms, tools, and electronics

• Keep the store organized, clean, and customer-ready

• Take initiative to recognize what needs to be done and follow through without being asked

• Work as part of a small team where reliability matters every day

What We’re Looking For

• Someone dependable who takes pride in their work

• Strong initiative — you don’t wait to be told, you see what needs to be done and do it

• Customer service or sales experience (pawn or jewelry a plus, firearms knowledge a big plus)

• Bilingual is a bonus

• Ability to pass a background check

Compensation & Growth

• Starting wage: $16/hour during a trial period to demonstrate reliability and skill

• After the trial period, pay is adjusted to reflect proven performance and contribution

• Commission opportunities in addition to hourly pay
