Swing Shift Facilities/Custodian person Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 12:00pm to 08:00pm )

• Maintain proper housekeeping throughout the plant, including offices, break rooms, restrooms, and common areas.
• Operate forklifts and cranes; perform daily inspections and report any issues.
• Operate sweepers, scrubbers, and other cleaning equipment.
• Empty trash containers twice daily; sweep and remove debris between equipment.
• Maintain landscaping, including picking up trash and pulling weeds.
• Change ventilation filters, light bulbs, and hang signage as needed.
• Strip and wax floors once or twice per year; clean windows quarterly.
• Maintain and stock training, break, and conference rooms.
• Paint and perform minor maintenance as assigned.
• Train others on job responsibilities and procedures.
• Provide courier services by picking up supplies from local vendors.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and know all e-stop locations.
• Other duties as assigned by Plant Manager, Maintenance Manager, or Shift Supervisor.

Swing Shift Facilities/Custodian person Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 months of related work experience in industrial or plant settings.
• Forklift operation certification (Sit Down) required; crane operation preferred.
• Ability to lift 25–75 pounds repetitively and stand for 8–12-hour shifts.
• Strong attention to safety, detail, and adherence to company policies.
