CRAYDL is a builder-first virtual design construction (VDC) studio that aims to reduce waste and miscommunication for professional builders. The founding team are former design and construction professionals that have been frustrated by incomplete, inaccurate, incomplete information from the design team. About You:

You are an excellent communicator, with deep curiosity about the virtual design construction, ArchViz and BIM tools to drive better outcomes. You are a critical thinker, who holds themselves to high standards and wants to work with other A+ team members. You value transparency, collaboration and being of service to your community. You are upwardly mobile and want to build an exciting career in the VDC space.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain LOD 350 models in REVIT for projects
• Develop construction sheets for permitting
• Collaborate with engineers, designers and consultants to include and manage BIM inputs
• Be a client-facing member of our team, to help create information hubs around complex, primarily residential projects
• Consistently add to detail and family libraries
• Facilitate LiDAR scans of existing conditions
• Drive continuous improvement in service levels

Requirements:

• 3+ years of expereince in Autodesk tools, and in particular Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud. Experience in Navisworks, Tekla and Infraworks is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in developing sheets for permits for remodels and for new builds in the Phoenix metropolitan area.
• Unimpugnable integrity and high level of self awareness.
• A+ communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a distributed team environment.
