The CORE Institute is seeking highly qualified neurologists who wish to be part of a dynamic and integrated team dedicated to delivering the best in musculoskeletal healthcare in our Arizona markets. The ideal candidates will have a demonstrated track record of excellence in clinical care, integration with clinical quality standards, and fostering a high level of teamwork with colleagues. There are also ample opportunities for an academically active clinical practice involved in resident and fellow education as well as engaging in teaching for highly qualified candidates.
The CORE Institute, one of the largest integrated musculoskeletal practices in the US , is built around a comprehensive infrastructure of highly specialized clinical care delivery, outcomes tracking and practice efficiencies which allow its physicians to optimize care for each patient, every time.
The expert care is delivered across more than 25 clinical sites including state-of-the-art clinics, physical therapy, imaging, procedure & ambulatory surgical facilities and specialty hospitals all with dedicated teams and expert leaders focused solely on the delivery of excellent MSK care. Sophisticated on-site basic science and clinical research
facilities and investigation teams are integral to the organization and support ongoing advanced academic pursuits.
The practice utilizes unique and powerful clinical quality and healthcare analytics platforms along with expert-led Medical Economics and operational excellence teams to develop, deploy and lead advanced MSK value-based care activities across the region which have proven to create true practice differentiation with improved quality outcomes and lower costs of care.

Responsibilities:
Clinical Evaluation:
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations to diagnose neurological conditions.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as MRIs, CT scans, and X-rays.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Surgical Intervention:
- Perform complex surgical procedures on the brain, spine, and peripheral nerves.
- Utilize advanced surgical techniques to address neurological disorders.
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Patient Care:
- Provide compassionate and comprehensive care to patients with neurological conditions.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families about medical conditions and treatment options.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with other medical professionals, including neurologists, radiologists, and rehabilitation specialists.
- Participate in multidisciplinary conferences to discuss patient cases and treatment strategies.
- Contribute to a collaborative and supportive working environment.
Research and Education:
- Engage in ongoing research activities related to neurosurgery.
- Stay current with advancements in neurosurgical techniques and technologies.
- Contribute to medical education through training and mentoring residents and medical students.
Qualifications:
Medical Degree
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
- Board certification in Neurosurgery.
- Fellowship trained.
Licensure:
- Current and valid medical license.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a practicing Neurosurgeon.
- Demonstrated proficiency in a wide range of neurosurgical procedures.
- All subspecialties are welcomed, but interest in spine, tumor, or endovascular is of particular interest as we try to grow these subdivisions.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex medical concepts to patients and their families.
