Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time
Southwestern Arizona | Near CaliforniaBorder
$40 – $51 per hour + Sign-On + Relocation
A growing healthcare system in Southwestern Arizona is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join its interdisciplinary rehab team. Enjoy 300+ days of sunshine annually, affordable living, and access to outdoor recreation along the Colorado River. This is a great opportunity for an SLP looking for stability, competitive compensation, and relocation support in a collaborative clinical environment.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide patient and caregiver education, including home programs
- Document services in compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Arizona SLP license (or eligible)
- ASHA CCC-SLP or eligible CFY candidate
- BLS certification
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- $40 – $51 per hour (DOE)
- Sign-On Bonus:
$10,000 (2-year commitment)
- Relocation Assistance:
$5,000 (2-year)
- Three months temporary housing provided (taxable benefit)
