Nurse Manager
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state MD and DC .
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
- A minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration.
- Certification in Nurse Management or Leadership.
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Supervise and coordinate Medical Assistant and Nursing staff activities to ensure optimal patient care.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to nursing staff.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care plans.
- Monitor patient care metrics and implement quality improvement initiatives as needed.
