Wiand Dental Laboratory is seeking an Elite Crown & Bridge Ceramist with exceptional skill in stacking and layering porcelain for high-end anterior cosmetic restorations . This is an opportunity to join one of the nation's premier laboratories, where quality, artistry, and predictability come before production quotas.

This is not a remote position. The role is based at our state-of-the-art laboratory in Scottsdale, Arizona.

We're searching for a technician who takes pride in creating beautiful, lifelike restorations through advanced porcelain layering techniques. The ideal candidate has an exceptional eye for anatomy, texture, translucency, color, and natural aesthetics, with the ability to consistently produce world-class cosmetic results.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Crown & Bridge Ceramist with a strong anterior cosmetic portfolio.
• Advanced porcelain stacking and layering skills.
• Expert shade matching and understanding of tooth morphology, texture, and natural aesthetics.
• Experience with zirconia and other premium ceramic systems.
• PFM experience.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
