As a Senior A&P Mechanic, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the airworthiness and operational readiness of our state-of-the-art fleet. Responsibilities:
Conduct maintenance reviews and evaluations to uphold aircraft airworthiness.
Communicate effectively with the Lead Mechanic to address any unusual circumstances.
Manage aircraft maintenance at field bases, ensuring safety and security.
Prepare detailed reports and certify maintenance activities in compliance with FAA, manufacturer, and company standards.
Enter and maintain accurate data in RAMCO systems, including work packages and status updates.
Liaise with team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
Oversee parts inventory and maintain necessary special tools.
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent.
FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Certified Mechanic.
Strong communication skills and required computer proficiency.
Ability to pass a pre-placement physical exam, including strength and flexibility assessments, drug screening, and background check.
For Roving Maintenance Team members: skills in sheet metal repair and/or avionics troubleshooting.
Availability for frequent travel and flexibility to work night shifts when necessary.
