**Key Responsibilities:**

- Inspect stucco surfaces to identify defects and areas requiring repair.
- Prepare and clean surfaces to ensure proper adhesion of repair materials.
- Mix stucco repair materials and apply them to damaged areas, ensuring a smooth and uniform finish.
- Match colors and textures to existing stucco to maintain the aesthetic integrity of the structure.
- Utilize a range of tools and equipment safely and effectively to complete repair tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality workmanship and project efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and provide recommendations for preventative maintenance.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in stucco application and repair or a related field.
