We are seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician - Level I to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for our clients through telephone, remote support or on-site.
Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance for our clients including patch management, AV scans and OS maintenance
- Provide technical assistance for networking, security, computer hardware and software
- Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or using remote support tools
- Recommend hardware and software improvements
- Track customer issues and resolutions using a web-based helpdesk application
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to clearly communicate with clients, supervisors and team members
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
