We are seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for child welfare and education, possessing the skills necessary to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
*Duties*
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Provide instruction in various subjects including physical education, math, and special education
- Assess student progress through standardized testing and informal assessments
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff members
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Participate in curriculum development and enhancement activities
*Qualifications*
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Experience working with children in an educational setting for at least 2 years
- Strong understanding of child development principles
- Ability to create and implement age-appropriate activities
- Prior experience in childcare or teaching preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
