The Front Desk Agent plays a crucial role within the reception team, providing welcoming and efficient service to guests primarily during day shifts. This position involves managing check-ins, addressing customer needs, handling phone communications, and processing billing and payments. The agent will utilize telecommunication systems and guest feedback platforms to enhance the guest experience and support the team’s operations.
