Paladin’s Divine Shield is currently seeking qualified professionals to join our Bar Security Team (Bouncers) in support of a well-established and high-volume restaurant and nightclub.
We are looking for dependable, professional individuals who demonstrate strong judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff. Candidates must be available to work evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays as required.Ideal applicants will possess the following qualities:
- A professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
- The ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Excellent situational awareness and sound decision-making abilities
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience (preferred but not required)
- Selected candidates will be expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism while ensuring compliance with venue policies and maintaining a secure atmosphere.
