Form Setter / Concrete Carpenter

• Pay Range: $30 – $34/hour

• Location: East & West Valley Sites (Luke AFB & Mesa Airport areas), Phoenix, AZ

• Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Temp-to-Hire (Strong path to long-term role)

How you will spend your time as a Form Setter:

• Set, align, and brace forms for walls, slabs, curbs, gutters, and structural concrete.

• Perform layout and measurements using blueprints and field marks.

• Build and secure wood and metal form systems for stable, leak-proof pours.

• Travel between West Valley and East Valley sites as needed.

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety rules.

Skills & experience we would like you to have as a Form Setter:

• 2–3 years of experience in commercial concrete formwork or civil site work.

• Hands-on work with flatwork, curb and gutter forming, and structural forms

• Skill in layout, leveling, and aligning form systems

• Own basic hand tools for form carpentry (hammer, saws, levels, squares, etc.)

• Reliable transportation — occasional travel between work sites.

• REAL ID compliant ID — required for TSA and military base access

• Clean background — no felony convictions in the last 10 years; must pass drug screen
